Yes, if it's clinically appropriate — a clinician evaluates you first, the same as an in-person visit. We don't issue notes without a real assessment. When your situation supports it, you'll get documentation you can share with your employer or school.

The specifics depend on your situation and what the clinician can responsibly attest to. We're not able to complete FMLA or medical leave paperwork — those require an extended evaluation process — but we're happy to help you find an in-person option that can meet that request.
