What is Vyleesi?
Melanocortin receptor activation
Activates MC3R and MC4R receptors in the central nervous system, stimulating neural pathways associated with sexual motivation and arousal through a mechanism distinct from hormonal or vascular treatments.
On-demand dosing
Taken only when desired, 45 minutes before sexual activity—offering a situational approach to HSDD for women who prefer not to take a daily medication or who don't respond to Addyi.
