What is Veozah?

Veozah is a prescription non-hormonal medication approved for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms—hot flashes and night sweats—associated with menopause. It's the first in a new class of treatments called neurokinin 3 receptor antagonists, offering an effective hormone-free option for women who can't or prefer not to use hormone therapy. It works in the brain by blocking the signaling pathway that triggers vasomotor episodes, addressing the root neurological cause of hot flashes rather than simply managing symptoms.
