No — new customers can book a virtual visit through General Medicine without an existing relationship. Your clinician reviews your history before the visit either way, so you're never starting the conversation from scratch.
Will I see the same clinician every time?
That depends on your preferences — but no matter who you see, they'll pick up right where you left off. You'll always have the option to check the availability of clinicians you've worked with previously. But your health history stays with your account, so whoever you see arrives already informed. All out clinicians are equally committed to getting you the care you need.
