Refund & Cancellation Policy for Lab Test Bookings

We understand that circumstances can change. If you’ve booked a lab test but haven’t yet completed your visit, you may request a refund under the terms below.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, provided that you have not started the testing process (i.e., your sample has not been collected at a lab location). Once your sample has been collected, the service is considered used and is no longer refundable.
  • No Fees Deducted: If eligible, you will receive a full refund. We do not charge any administrative or physician order fees.
  • Same Policy Across Lab Partners: This policy applies regardless of which lab partner you choose to visit.
