Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. To respect our clinicians' time and ensure availability for all patients, we ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Does this apply to me? This policy applies to all General Medicine patients, however, patients covered by Medicaid plans are not subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellations and no-shows Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed without notice, are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file for the visit.

Same-day bookings If you book an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the same policy applies — cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $25 fee.

Rescheduling You can reschedule your appointment at any time prior to the start of the appointment and will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Fee collection If a fee applies, it will appear as a separate $25 charge to the same payment method used for the visit. Any visit fees that have already been paid will be refunded automatically and should show your bank account in 5-10 business days (varies by bank).

Refunds We do not provide refunds for services we have provided or for cancellation fees. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances may occur. Please text us at 98528 if you have any questions regarding refunds or cancellation fees.
